Who are you?

How can you lead if you don't know yourself? We all have to come to grips with who we are and who we are not. If you don't know yourself you will be going in circles doing things that are not taking you in the direction that you really want to be heading in. It's time to come to grips with who your are. It's about being not doing. What were you created for? What is it that gets you going? What are you passionate about?

I recently went through some E-myth modules and one was their leadership module. It really helped me to see what my was my primary aim. This is what I came up with. I empower those who create meaningful enterprise. That may not mean much to you, but it's not supposed to because that's about me. It has a lot to do with what is inside me and what motivates me. You have your own passion. You may be similar to me, but you will write something totally different than me because the meaning behind the words is so much greater. So sit down and take stock of who your are.

Forget about who other people think you are. Forget about what other people think you should be doing. Who the heck are you? What were you created for? Finding out who I am has motivated me and empowered me and it will you too.
